Helical clamp with very little clamp offset, on an x-impact.

BoB those look great!! are you able to get these to fully contact the shaft with just the two adjustment points or are you having to press the shaft up to the vane somewhat? Either way, those look great man.

I ended up finding a setting that gives me a little off set with full contact. I also found that holding the vane out of the clamp a bit more seemed to help. I need to clean up my tipping and tailing a bit more but I'm pretty happy with how they turned out considering it's essentially my first time. I'm excited to see how they shoot

I press the clamp down to the shaft and hold there. I also cleaned up the clamp face; the contact edge wasn't flat over the length of the helical clamp. The shaft dia will affect the helical you get also, as the vane foot wraps around the shaft and makes full contact.
