Quiet tape

I recently switched to a hamskie micro tune rest and although I love the rest I now have the issue of the arrow hitting on the riser and making noise. Anybody know any good weather resistant tapes or pad to use to silence it.

Ugly, but regular (skin-colored) Moleskin works good and can be found in drugstores everywhere.

Years ago an archery shop had some camo moleskin like tape.......I bought a couple of packages of it and still use it.
