I would like to know what the difference is between our bows. I have the same bow but shooting 29" draw. I'm shooting a 547g arrow 260fps. It feels like my bow arm is bent a little more than it should be. So I think I could get another inch out of it. But do you think there's that much difference in speed from 2" of draw length?

Are you shooting 70lbs? Sounds like it from your speed, but 225's bow is 80lb...

I’m shooting 80 also

Ok - something's wrong with your setup. I'm shooting 70#@29", and I shoot a 519 grain arrow at 270 fps. If I were to increase my setup to 547 grains, I should be shooting around 260 fps which is what you say you're shooting at 80#.

What Cam are you shooting - maxxed out on #2, or the #3? Have you measured your draw weight on a scale? Stock strings or aftermarket? Have you tried more than one chrono?

I’m shooting the rx1 28” 72#s 524grain Easton axis 300 at 274-276 FPS. I always get one or the other on the chrony, haha never 275.

Arrow has 75grain brass insert, BAR, and 100 grain points up front. A 4” wrap with aae max stealth 4 fletcher and standard nock.

I've got the same bow at 82.5 lbs at 31 1/2" and shooting black eagle Spartans 200 spine. 125gr rage trypan broadheads. My arrow is 570gr total and shooting at 298-300fps. I'm happier with this setup than I've ever been with any bow I've ever owned
