So the capture bar on my QAD Ultrarest HDX broke (the shop working on my bow broke it by accident). I called the technical support folks at QAD and they are sending me a brand new one at zero cost to me. Very impressed with how quickly they are doing this without question and are even going to include a couple of felts to use in the future.

Thank you QAD for a great product and great customer service.

Yeah, Great customer service!

I shoot a QAD dropaway in my compound.

The one I had for about 6 years stopped locking up....they sent me a new one free of charge

Yep, great customer service. But I took that capture bar off my HDX as soon as I put the rest on my bow three years ago. Haven't missed it at all.
