Stone glacier pack question

Hey guys, just got an SG pack. Sky 5900 on the xcurve frame. I have a question about the side compression straps. I noticed in all the videos I've watched that the straps have a male buckle end that clicks to a female end on the pack. There wasn't any male buckle ends on the compression straps. Is this something I was supposed to order separately or did they not get put on their at the factory? I plan on calling tomorrow but just was curious if anybody on here knew.

This is how it should look. If it’s not set up this way, just give them a call and I’m sure they’ll take care of it. Those two female buckles on both sides of the pack attach to the opposing male buckles on the frame.

Thanks for the reply. That's what I was thinking, but I don't have any male buckles on the frame straps.

loosen all straps on the frame and pull them out so everything is loose and check again. not saying I don't believe you, but they buckle the straps and stuff together on the frames when they ship

I double checked the frame and pack last night, and no male buckles to be found. Called Stone Glacier today and te gal on the phone was great. Very apologetic and said thy must have goofed up somewhere. She will be shipping the buckles out first thing in the morning at no charge. Great customer service!
