I recently bought two side sleeves and a lid from pods8 / Rugged Stitching for my MR Metcalf. Pods helped me select what I was looking for and got them to me when he said he would.
Other than stuffing them full of whatever I could find and strapping them onto the pack I've not tested them, but everything appears well made.
I'm not a bivy hunter, but instead I pack in camp and hunt from there. These will give me more space for the pack in where I'll leave the sides unless I'm using a spotter for muleys.
