I looking at getting a new pack for Kodiak next year. Currently I run a bad lands 4500 and it's served me well but I'm looking at Mystery Ranch either the marshal or the metcalf. Anybody have any pros/cons on these packs? Any other suggestions maybe? Thanks in advance.

FYI BlackOvis has them on sale now. That being said, I️ picked up an Exo Mountain Gear pack on here and love it but I️ am sure the mr packs will do great as well.

I'll look at these as well. You run one or both of these packs?

5200, switched last year from a Badlands. Fits me well and is comfortable (most important part). I also like how the pockets are arranged for storage of specific items (spotter, rain gear, etc.).

We'll see how it stands the test of time but so far I'm happy with it.

Bombproof packs, but they're heavy.

Agreed and now they are made overseas (Philippines). I know plenty of guys could care less where there stuff is made but I do and I consider that a con. Exo, Stone Glacier, and Kifaru are all premium hunting packs that are made in the U.S. by Americans.
