Anyone got a favorite 44 mag load for bear over bait?

Planning on taking my TC 44 Super 14 for baited bear. I'm leaning towards using Sierra 240 GR with power jacket and stiff load of H110.

Anyone have experience with a similar load?

Garrett Hammerheads...I like two leak holes! Grizz Punch loads or CorBon Penetrators also.

300 grain nosler soft point over a stiff load of AA #9 has worked well for me. At close range you’ll have lung soup when you open them up! I’ve also used LBT bullets in both my .44 and .45 Colt. They definitely penetrate, but don’t kill quite as fast. You will have two holes though.

Check out the 240gr and 270gr Speer Golddot soft points. I like the 300gr Nosler HP too. Opens up and penetrates like crazy. My son shot a 400lb Boar with the Nosler 300gr HP and lots of H110 in a 44mag Colt Anaconda and it looked like you shoved a coke can in one side and out the other.
