Hey guys, I am looking for ideas for units 4 and 6 in Idaho for spring bear. I live out of state and am looking to make a week trip there this month to hunt. I had originally planned on unit 10 and took a drive there and found almost zero access. I’ve heard that 4 and 6 might have better access but haven’t been able to come up with much of a plan for this area. I see there is a lot of private land in 6 and you can purchase a recreation permit but I don’t want to have to do that. So unit 4 seems to be a better option. Anyone know of good access areas? I’ll be coming from the east on 90 and was thinking access might be best around Kellog. Any tips or advice? Thanks in advance!

Do you have OnX? That's the easiest way to find public land. If not, you can call the county and get maps from them I think.
