bear hunting and drought

Drew a sept rifle tag in sw Colorado. Was wondering if the hunting would be better or worse in a drought year. The few areas that im familiar with that im planning on hunting are oak brush. Will the drought cause them to not produce acorns? If that's the case where will the bears be (other than in town)?
