When do Blacktail Rub Velvet?

Anyone know approximately when Blacktail tend to rub their velvet in northwest Oregon/southwest Washington? I have seen hard horned bucks in September, but cant recall when the latest I have seen them in velvet is.

Usually around late August from what I see around my parts

The latest I have seen velvet blacktails in SW Washington is the last week of September/ 1st week of October. Generally when the first week in October roles around any decent sized/aged buck is hard horned.
