That is impressive, the way he was jumping up and hanging on, he was all over that bou.
Ive always heard that they will scare off bears from kills and all that, but i pegged them more for scavengers. Guy must have been starving!

I've spent some time up north and the theory of wolverines running bears of of kills is true to a point. They are in the weasel family and have strong musk glands that they use to spray on a carcass to claim it. Beyond foul and most predators will move on
I witnessed 2 Grizzles losing their caribou to a wolverine that laid claim after spraying the kill. Very tenacious critter as that video shows. Thanks for sharing.

None that I've ever heard of. They do use trained ones for finding avalanche victims though which is relatively terrifying considering it just thinks it's finding its next meal.
