I agree with Back Country Hunter 2. The Northstars are great for cold weather and you still have dexterity for rifle.

For warmer weather, as has been the trend lately in Colorado, try the Kuiu guide glove. They aren't too warm, but they work great. For an even warmer weather glove, but still full protection, try the Kuiu tiburon series gloves. For a wear all day, never take off, warmer glove, try the First Lite Talus fingerless glove. For a good glassing mitt, check out the FL Grizzly cold weather glove.

Haven't done a video on the Northstars yet, but they are great. Good high quality leather! My current setup is to wear the first lite talus fingerless gloves under the tiburon gloves for pretty much all of archery and any warm days/cool mornings during archery. As it gets colder, I move to the guide gloves and then the Northstars. If I'm just going to be glassing, I put the FL mitts on and they are good and warm, too. Little bulky to shoot with though.
