Sitka Kelvin Active Jacket

Has anyone had the opportunity to use the new Kelvin Active Jacket much? I like the idea of having that as a replacement for a fleece layer that is a little more technical, warmer and packs smaller. Went down to Cabelas today to see it in person and it seems nice but I'm a little worried about the outer material shredding easily even going through twigs and stuff. Thoughts?

I have wore it some but haven't done any heavy bush whacking​ and don't know if I would with it but just normal use I think it will hold up like brush rubbing on it.. It dries amazingly fast and the dwr is good I have wore it fishing quite a bit.
