First Lite Sizing

What is First Lite sizing like over all? Is it true to size, big or small? I found a guy that is getting rid of some stuff at a fair price. I just do not have any where to try pieces on. Thanks.

My experience is that outerwear is true to size and base layer types clothing you'll wear I size smaller than normal.

I wear a large in all of their Aerowool T-shirts, and Logo T-shirts. In just about everything else I'm a medium. I wear large in Sitka in almost everything and a few pieces I could go XL if I wasn't so short. I'm 5'7" 180-185lbs, athletic build. General consensus is FL sizing runs a little large in the mens line. I started getting some stuff for my wife and I've found the women's sizing is pretty spot on.

True to size if you are comparing to normal "fat guy" American clothing. A size big compared to more "athletic" fit clothing (Sitka, arcteryx, kuiu). I'm 5'10 185 and wear large in the more athletic fits and medium in first lite.
