Puffy pants versus First Lite North Branch

I'm going on a late season elk hunt in Montana. Wondering if anyone can compare the warmth of a pair of puffy pants (Sitka Kelvin or First Lite puffy pants) versus the First Lite North Branch pants. On past hunts I have worn Sitka mountain pants to hike in and then pulled the North Branch pants on over the top to sit and glass. Trying to decide if the weight and space savings are worth the price of a pair of puffy pants and whether I will gain any warmth over the North Branch pants. TIA guys.

I got the NB pants, I wear them in the Treestand Whitetail hunting in IA once it gets cold. I wouldn't wear them Elk hunting as I think they are too stiff, bilulky and warm if on the move. Also take a lot to work to gt on/off.

I just bought the Kuiu packable down zip-on pants for my open country spot and stalks. Like them a lot so far but haven't put them to the test. I can already see a pair of easy zip on/offs will be a better choice if your on the hoof.
