looking fior recomendations for seasoning mixes. I would do my own but im kind of busy and living in the wall tent for now. I want a breakfast sausage, a good mix for brats, and italian to make spaghetti. wouldnt mind chorizo too. im looking for cheaper end stuff more than high end stuff. i was going to go with LEM unless someone has a better recomendation.

I like Witt's brand seasonings. All of them are good. Legg's are also good. Here is a website to look around. A bit disorganized but a ton of information and seasonings. This is where I order all of my stuff for sausage making. He sells kits that come with seasoning, casings, cure etc. Kind of nice and reasonably priced.
