Just to update, my order arrived yesterday, about one week. Shipping was about $12 on a $13 order.

I think it's a little high in shipping, but it is coming from Canada. The unit prices are low and they have a great selection.

If there is another comparable supplier of the ITW items I would like to know.

The shipping from Canada is always like $9.xx minimum and is based on weight, it quickly climbs so plan your orders accordingly and watch your quantities if you just barely cross a big price hike in shipping it might make sense to order a bit less or go ahead and load up more.
