Double bow case

Fabricated a sturdy double bow case this week. All it needs is some foam and handles, and she's ready to go.

As long as it doesn't result in extra baggage fees the extra weight prevents some disgruntled baggage handler from banging the crap out of it.

Haven't put it on a scale yet, but if calculations are correct, it should be right around 25lbs.

You did an incredible job on that....

My buddy Tom in Hawaii has a case just like that...bulletproof but heavy. It wasn't such a big deal back in the 70# airline weight limit days...but now it limits the amount of stuff he can bring.
