What you use for 4 way stretch?

Pretty much how the title says, what are you using for stretch fabric for your packs, for like stash pockets and stuff. I am looking at building a horn hauler, nomad type pack and would like to have a 4 way stretch type fabric on the backside of the tubes. I am having trpuble finding a good source and what exactly i need? Thanks for any help ypu can offer
