To start off I've hunted the panhandle for many years and looking to try a new area. Was going to buy a salmon or sawtooth tag, but both those are sold out now. Looked into middle fork and selway, but not wanting to hire a packer and flying in just puts you with the crowds. So, I have been leaning towards the two listed in the title. Never been in these zones, but have experience in hell's canyon area on Oregon side. Just curious if anybody has any recommendations or useful info they are willing to share. I'm in good shape and a experienced backpacker and backcountry hunter, I also have two rifles for long range shooting I have built and dialing in the second right now. Thank you.
