I'm gonna be elk hunting September 16-24 and I'm still looking for someone who is 100% committed to joining me! I'm actually heading to the Durango area this week to go scout for a few days, so if someone lives around there and wants to meet up, or someone who is interested in joining me on my hunt, shoot me a message and we can talk further. I would like to turn this into something that would last for a long time. I need some serious hunting buddies

Its pretty quite for now. Very warm even up high. There was good moisture this summer so water and forage are all over. The elk in my spot were up as high as possible.

My partner & I each killed our elk between 10,600' & 11,400' last week, in dark timber.
