Wyoming Bighorns activity?

Hi all:
Hope everyone is having a good season so far.
We are leaving this Thursday, headed to Unit 40 in Wyoming, on the west side of the Bighorn Mountains for rifle season.
Are the bulls still bugling, or have they shut down? We are trying to figure out what to expect. Any info will be appreciated.

Buddy of mine has been in the Laramie Mtns. the last 10 days and is hearing nothing.

I took a cow elk in area 37 just 2 weeks ago, the cows were bedded with a nice bull but had no shot on him. Didn't hear but a few weak bugles that whole weekend. I think the weather may have shut them down,sounds like things have been pretty quiet last couple weeks up here......but you never know.
