Is lapua brass noticeably better than Norma? I ask as a newb reoloader. Thank you

Norma is considerably softer than Lapua. I would say they are the same in consistency just don't expect Norma to last as long on the warm side of loads. If you are reloading and Laupa is an option it is the best option.
