Winchester vs Kimber

I'm looking at the Winchester Mod 70 Extreme Weather and the Kimber Montana both in 300WM for a backcountry rifle. Any preference between the two?

I have both of those rifles but not in 300wm. My Kimber is a 308 and my m70ew is a 30-06. Both of them are awesome rifles but serve completely different purposes for me. both of these rifles have the same scope but eh Kimber is like 2lbs lighter than the m70 so it gets to nod when it comes to backpacking. The Winchester though is a really nice rifle, its well finished and very accurate.
