308 Rifle Rings

I have a Winchester Model 88 .308 with the one piece base and I recently purchased a Vortex Diamondback HP 3-12x44 scope. I'm thinking the 1-inch pro rings in the medium height will be the correct set up for the rifle. Does that sound right?

That's where Vortex pointed me. Just wanting to double check that's the proper height. Thanks!

1" medium rings should clear 44mm objectives with plenty of distance.
