What are the best food beds for boots?

Unfortunately it isn't that simple, what works great for one person may not for another. Try some out, I have experience with Superfeet green and orange and have settled on the Lathrop & Sons as they seem to work best for me.

I suffered with plantar fasciitis (heel spurs), and started using the "Heel the Pain" full foot insert in my boots after someone on this Forum recommended them. I have since bought several more of them, and use them in all my boots and shoes. They really worked for me.

I've got Superfeet carbon in my Beartooths. Factory Thorogoods in my work boots. My Merrell All-out Blaze shoes have a footbed/midsole combo with no insert. Shred soles in my snowboard boots have reduced IT band syndrome and other knee pain for me.

Depends on the person and the application.

Superfeet. Go try them out and find the ones that work best for your foot. I think I have the carbon (thin) ones.
