Crispi summit Gtx sore heel?

Got my new boots and they fit and feel great but after al day hicking the top of my heel is sore they don’t seem to be moving but definitely a tad tender after 5-6mi. This normal until there broke in?

Ii think this can be normal until broke in but everyone's experience varies. My Crispis were similar. Remember to lock in your heel by lacing properly. Look at YouTube for specific lacing technics if the problem persists. I'm no expert and there are so many things that seem to play into the comfort of a boot.
