CO Turkey Hunt - Where to Burn Points?

I've been saving up preference points in CO, mainly because I can do that and hunt NE/KS every year anyways. The top end units in CO take anywhere from 5 to 12 points, I currently have 13 so anything is in play.

Has anyone on here hunted these higher end units? Any advice on units to look at or places to avoid? I'm particularly interested in the Ranching for Wildlife hunts that are available, just to give that a try and see what it's like.

I don't need a specific subspecies, I just want a fun hunt where I will see a lot of birds and have less hunting pressure.

Any experience you could share is helpful, thanks!

The RFW that is down south near Trinidad seems very appealing, if for no other reason the other species you'll probably get to see and may even get to grab a shed. Those birds should all be Merriam's, and I know there are a lot of birds down there. It'll be good whatever you decide to do.
