If I had to guess why they're going out of business, aside from a cost of production standpoint, is their stuff is a notch more expensive than the other high end wool manufacturers. It's not enough better than Icebreaker and Smartwool to sell product, despite being somewhat better quality IMO.

Leave me a hoodie or two :)

that sucks, they had excellent products. Stiff competition in that industry and it takes alot to define a brand as premium and build a customer base that will pay for it.

Thanks for the heads-up! My wife and I both like our Indie hoodies for day hikes; they're just thick enough to be bug proof while still pretty light. Might have to pick up some spares!

Never even heard of them till your post. Bought two of the Indie hoodies to try out. Worst case is they won't be any worse than some of the Merino I have.
