Just a positive note , last weekend I had an issue with my Marsupial gear rangefinder pouch. Monday I emailed them that the pouch had broke and I need it for the CA opener of deer this weekend. No questions asked , “we will ship you a new one”. Couple days later it has arrived in time. Great service and stand behind their product.

Well I own none of their gear, but after this positive thread, I’ll look to buy something from them !

I have to reiterate the customer service is amazing. They send me two sizes of the binos harness and let me try them both for a bit to see which ones I preferred. The service is top rate and they make a good product
