WY Bighorns fishing

Taking my family to the Bighorns this weekend to camp and scout for elk. Boys really like to fish. They will be using spinning gear. Any lure recommendations for them?

Small spinners will work.. I like panther martins.. Good luck

Small Blue Fox lures are good too. Pick up a couple torpedo floats and an assortment of cheap flies at Walmart in Sheridan on your way up. Foam terrestrials like beatles, ants, and hoppers were really good up there a couple weeks ago along with renegades, and the evening mayfly hatches are freakin amazing this time of year. If you can't find mayflies then there's always Adams dries to imitate. My favorite place on earth, good luck!

Boys caught a few fish out of some lakes but the weather didn't cooperate for us at all!! Rain off and on all day saturday and it was cold. Sunday was grey, and cold with a low ceiling until about 2pm then it got decent. I didn't fly fish, there were no hatches going on because of the weather and I'm not good at nymphing. Pretty country. Had never been up into the Bighorns.
