Robby,

As Handwerk says......About all I use anymore.....even in varmint rifles.
I just bought $200 worth.
Please advise if they are doing anything new/different.

Travis at Barnes said new bullets in their LR line: 6.5 For the Creedmore craze. There was another addition but I can't remember what

This weekend was my first time at the show and it was great. My uncle and cousin were both shopping, and it was great for them to go back and forth between products and see what they liked best. My uncle was also shopping for another hunt in South Africa and there were plenty of outfitters to talk to. I managed to leave without spending any money, but know I'll be spending some money on Vortex optics when the new stuff is out.

Robby, I saw you Saturday morning doing a interview in MTN OPS booth and wanted to say hi but we were on the move.

I'm not partial to Barnes but really prefer non lead bullets for their performance as great penetrators with a big quick shock wave and also not losing much if any meat which is the original reason I stated shooting them. I found a great load for my 260 with the 127 LRX this past year and that's what I shot my mule deer buck with. Have both LRX weights to try in my 7mm STW also. I use e tips in my 30-06

Dang! Maybe next year?

Thanks guys on the feedback on the Barnes. Been out of that loop since about 2004. Good to hear some fans still out there. I always had good accuracy out of them. Only killed a few bucks with them so not much terminal performance experience
