Apr 5, 2017 #2 mfllood3800 WKR Joined Nov 25, 2016 Messages 3,721 Location Utah 1/2 cup of soy sauce and 1/2 cup of worsheshire 1 tbls spoon of onion powder 1 tables spoon honey 1/2 table spoon pepper 1 jalepeno pepper cut up 1 table spoon chicken seasoning spices 2 table spoons of liquid smoke 1 table spoon bbq sauce of bbq sauce marinade it in this for at least 4-8 hrs Cook in oven on lowest setting with door open about 1 " for around 6 hrs or Smoke it in smoker for about 2 hrs, then place in oven for a few more hrs ( with no liquid smoke added to the marinade)
