We used Action Taxidermy and Processing in Gypsum, which is another exit or two down from Eagle. Eric the owner was a super nice guy and really helpful. I'll absolutely use him again if we get the chance. We took our elk in Monday. Went back out hunting and he had it processed, wrapped very well and already frozen by Saturday so we could take it home with us.
