Personally, the only pants that ran a little snug on me were the mountain pant and ascent pant but I didnt mind it because they were early season pants.

Now the base layer tops run a little snug also, my rain gear and some other insulation pieces do not run snug.

That has just been my personal experience.

I am a size Large, 5'11, 195.

The ascent pants run snug in the quads while waist is true to size. Move with you and stretch, but i like a relaxed fit so sold mine for corrugate guides.

Check if it's a "performance fit" or a "standard fit" on the website too. Performance fit tends to be a little bit of a snugger cut, and meant to be layered underneath things.

Sitka sizing chart is dead on. Outer layers true to size but allow for layering in jackets. I wear my Kelvin pants over out regular hunting pants.
