You won't anymore. They don't have a retail location in their headquarters anymore. You have to go to Schnees to see the packs, so its not anyone that works for MR helping. Maybe you can go to Kenetrek and get some help. I see they sell them in their catalog.

They don't sell/retail out of the Ranch now, but you can still stop in for help fitting the packs, to check out models, accessories etc.

I have had one dealing with Kuiu CS. I broke a buckle on a pack. They were helpful and warrantied the part and sent an extra. When I bought another bag for my frame at the showroom, I needed a few random parts to make it work the way I wanted. They got me set up without a charge for the extra strap and clips I needed.
