If you haven't yet ordered from them, do it.
I had an issue with an order that was part my bad, part theirs (email correspondence) and they totally fixed it.
They respond same day with replies. They go beyond what is required. They make you fell like you are the most important customer they have.

I can vogue for them as well.. I had an order get stolen off my porch or miss placed by usps and they sent out the same order the next day free.
