Can't see elk and deer tag non resident quota's for Idaho?

Tried several times but it keeps telling me access denied, anyone else having this problem?

They haven't rolled the system over to the 2018 numbers yet. They're behind on that aspect. Should have the system ready the day they are ready to take your money.
