"Got My Tag" phone app

I used to have this app which tracked my points for a bunch of western states and notified me of application deadlines. I got a new phone and can't find it in the app store now. Anyone know if it's still available?
If it's gone, are there any other apps which do the same thing?

Here is a link that'll get you the app Rolling Bones - Western Big Game Preference and Bonus Point Totals Website .....you can add users as well to track their points and choose which states you want reminders sent to you. I have both my boys and my points at my fingertips when application time comes, and now I won't forget to apply with the reminder service!!
