Recently had a great experience with night force customer service. I called them because i THOUGHT i had a tracking issue i also told them i bought the scope used they told me to send the scope in and the would check it out at no cost per there lifetime warranty. So i did they had it back in two weeks with all the paperwork and new box they were very helpful on the phone it did not have a tracking issue it was user error which they also helped me figure out.
