I always like to share positive experiences with companies, so here you go:
Couple of months ago I purchased a couple of pairs of Kryptek Hoplite II Merino Boxers. I've only worn them a handful of times on the treadmill for 90 minutes at a time and one of the pairs developed a good size hole in them from this very light activity. I wrote to Kryptek and sent them pics and, while they told me this was 'normal wear' that would normally not be covered, that they would take care of me. Yesterday a package arrived with TWO brand new pairs of boxers to replace the one bad pair I reported to them.
