How do I upload larger pictures instead of thumbnails?

Pretty much all the pictures I use are taken with my phone and I upload them using Tapatalk. It's super simple, quick, and comes out in various sizes but usually pretty large and always larger than thumbnails.

It seems to me that if you upload from your computer as I do all you get are thumbnails. Others apparently have the same issue as I. I wish that someone in the know might shed some light?

Another option is to use an image hosting site. Photo bucket used to be the most popular but they stopped allowing 3rd part site sharing.

I now use tinypic.com Just upload your pic and it will give you a link with the necessary code built into it so it will pop up in your thread automatically. It will start with

Thanks WoodBow. Funny thing I found is that TinyPic is owned/hosted by Photobucket. Photobucket has free registration now but they apparently charge $400.00 for posting photos on external sites.
