Source for topo/satellite maps?

I’m looking for a reasonable sized paper/synthetic map that is topo on one side and satellite on the other. Obviously it would have to be custom to the area. Private land boundaries would be a plus. Anyone used a service like this? I lack the tech skills to go into a Kinkos and print a google earth image. I’ve used the OnX trial and plan to use that on my phone for a GPS but I’m not sure if there’s a way to print it out.

mytopo.com will let you build a custom map with either satellite, topo, or hybrid layers. i don't know if they can do double sided, but they will print on synthetic, tear and water resistant paper and they can make it whatever size and zoom you want. I made one of the Flat Tops wilderness and it showed the boundaries between federal and private ground.
