Through a number of different happenings I've got a build available for someone this fall. Had a customer back out, ordered extra barrels, got sent an extra stock by mistake...etc Here are the details.
McMillan Gamewarden (Standard fill weight, 50/25/25 OD green/Tan/Black molded stock). Weighs 2 lbs 11.4 oz and it's already pillar bedded, 2 sling studs front, 1 rear, 1" pad, 13.5" LOP.
Stiller Predator LA with upgraded .300" recoil lug. 1 lbs 13 oz
Hawkins Oberdorf BDL Billet bottom metal with Wyatts CFE12 mag box. (5.8 oz) and stainless machined T27 action screws.
Your choice of trigger tech or Timney trigger. 2 oz
Cerakote action/bottom metal/brake whatever single color you want. The snipergrey looks badass and is one of my favorites (action body only, bolt body will stay black nitrided as it's a better coating for a bolt imo).
Muzzle brakes n more 4 port Beast brake. 3.5 oz
Barrel Weight: 3 lbs 6 oz (+/- 4 oz)
Final estimated weight is 8 lbs 10 oz.
Now I have 3 of my carbon barrels that will be available by the end of August. 9" twist 308, 8.5" twist 7mm, and 9.4" twist 338 calibers. All Rock creek blanks and available as 27" max finished length.
Could do any of the magnum 30/7mm/338 caliber options, 300 WSM, 30 Nosler, 300 Win, 28 Nosler throated for 195's, 7mm mag, 338 Winchester...etc Can't do any of the Normas or Lapua as it's the wrong bolt face.
$3500 and will be ready to ship to you Mid Sept. Pushing it for some folks but I know there are some people out there who might jump on this. 100% down required as I have most the parts required and available.
