Dedicated LR Rig - TX3 CTR 6.5 creed

I have posted on another site about this but wanted to try here as well. I am about to setup a 6.5 LR rig based on a T3X ctr 6.5 creed in a 24" barreled version with a SWFA 3-9X42.

For those that have ordered this gun, can anyone tell me the actual weight of the bare gun? Conversations from other forums have lead me to believe that if I go this route with the swfa and LTWT talleys, I should be 9.25 pounds ish.

What throws me is the spec weights listed by tikka between the 20" and 24" are kind of vague.

He lists it at 7.4 lbs x 16 = 118 oz

Plus 19oz for 3-9

Say 4oz for rings

141 oz all up

Or 8.8 lbs

Gun already comes with a rail, no reason to run talleys.
