Freezer paper or vacuum seal meat?

I'm glad to see this one revived. Been considering a chamber unit for a season or two now...I have been using freezer paper and zip lock bags which works ok, but these chamber sealers seem like a better option. my only concern with the is size and bulk. They look like they eat up a lot of room, and are heavy. Need to have a dedicated area to set one up, and process game for that I'm guessin.
