Weston's Butcher and Pro Series Comparison

I am looking at picking up one of Weston's Butcher or Pro Series in the 3/4 HP and was wondering if anyone can tell me what are the differences between the two units. The only thing I can tell is that the Butcher is a #12 while the Pro is a #8. It looks like they run the same motor. Based on price, I am assuming the Butcher is their top of the line model.

don't have a Weston but do have 2 gander mtn 3/4 hp no. 12 grinders
I would rather have the 12.

Looks like it's a difference of speed as it relates to volume.

Pro series number 8 is 570 watts. Grinds 6 lbs per minute. $400

Butcher number 12 is 560 watts.
Grinds 9 lbs per minute $450
