You're in for a great hunt! I had that tag a few years ago. I can't find my contact info, but there is a large ranch just northwest of Rawlins that allows free access just for asking. I'm sure that you could find the info by contacting the local game warden or biologist. If you end up going that way let me know. I can probably pinpoint the waterholes that we hunted on Google Earth.
