I hope this is slightly sarcasm 😅. Telling the ATF good job is like telling a thief "thanks for only stealing $200"
But the lack of wait times are sweet...in hopes for this not being a thing in the future here
Best advice i can say is to just go, get an OTC tag. Are the odds low, yes, will you be over sold with online pictures, yes. It is hard to beat the feeling though of being in the mountains, with a tag, wiht a bow...or gun...in hand knowing there is always the possibility. I also love those 20*...
To wrap this up if anyone was keeping an eye out for info or just dramatic effect: Had a list of options from the lawyer, kind of one of those things where there was no good option but we can pay to play and hope a few things fall our way.

Had a humbling experience this year, i would consider my chip shot to be out to 300 yds with the 260 rem i had. Been shooting it for a few years and knock jugs off out to 500 yds pretty easily. I got to the point of shooting in the worst wind possible to make it more fun.
Went on a deer hunt...

Ah i agree, all in perspective. The hardest thing you have done is the hardest thing you have done. So if you have only ran a mile, you may think you are hard...but the guy running 50 miles scoffs at you and so on. Theres a cultural aspect to that, as well, when you aren't allowed to shame...
Hard men make good times, good times make weak men, weak men make hard times...going right along with the Strauss-Howe Generational Theory. Key is to be hard men in weak times...
Specific gun specs? New gun, shot many times prior, borrowed? Just curoius because if it is a long used gun by him and this is a first time issue due to new ammo as the only change, then ammo is the issue, otherwise i am thinking suppressor issues or rifling issues. I would think this bullet...
So far the update is that she is a co-owner...slight sigh of relief. I am getting into these documents with the lawyer and seeing what the best option is moving forward with still a non-cooperative owner of the loan.
